What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging closely. If there is any visible damage, including to the box, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt. If you cannot inspect it at that time but suspect possible damage, mark the receipt as "suspect damage." Should your item(s) arrive damaged, take clear photos and email them to support@themedicaloutlet.com. Our team will respond promptly, usually within one business day, to coordinate a replacement or refund.
